Buying my first whole chicken in Tokyo

I must admit this isn’t all that interesting a topic save for the fact that in the 5 years I’ve been here, I haven’t bought a whole chicken until today. Part of the problem is that I haven’t seen that many whole chickens - it’s always cut up pieces of chicken - wings, legs, hearts, liver, etc…
I suppose the main reason is that many people don’t own an oven like what we have in America/Canada. I have a broiler that could fit a small fish, or two slices of bread (I use mine as a toaster).
One of these days, I’m planning to make soya sauce chicken. I’ve been craving it for quite some time now…
